It keeps a record of your exercises and the progress you are making and is designed to be as intuitive as possible, making it easy to use. It keeps track of the reps, sets and weights in your workout. In addition, for cardio exercises, distance and times are recorded. When the exercise is performed again, the results of the last workout are displayed, making it easy to program the amount of difficulty to be added. That’s it! SET has no videos, flashing lights or dancing leprechauns. It’s uncomplicated, which is a good thing.
