    This app helps me keep track of my food consumption and really see how many calories I'm eating. Along with my food scale, the app helps me keep my focus & also track my progress. Not really using it to lose weight, but rather to eat better. Easy, fast, & simple tool. Thanks!

    01/17/18 added: I have now lost a total of 55 lbs using this app and love it even more than I did at my 14 lb level. Thank you “Lose it”. This app was suggested to me as a way to loose weight. I was hesitant at first but decided to try it. I love "Loseit". So far I've lost 14 lbs and have input everything that I have consumed into my daily menus. By seeing what you are eating and how many or how few calories they contain you can make better choices about what you eat and how much of it you want to eat. The adjustable portion options are fantastic because I don't want to be inputting false info and then wondering why I'm not losing any weight, this way if I want a little extra portion of pizza I can see that I need to cut back on an evening snack later on. Also, the ability to add your own "custom" food items is great. I will continue to use this app because I love food but I don't love being overweight and this has proven to help me stay on track.

    Great app. Easy to use and really helps me stay on track and motivated! I visit my goals daily, track my food and water intake as well as exercise. A trick I use is to enter my meals, snacks and exercise the night before which really keeps me on track.and committed.
